RadioStockdale is hosted by Michael Sears, a 1978 USNA grad. Michael served 5 years in the Marine Corps, then earned a JD/MBA from Stanford University, and went on to a successful career in several prominent Silicon Valley companies. He is currently Director of the Boeing Innovation Leadership Laboratory at the Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership at the Naval Academy.
